It's A Matter Of Fitness

Session Structure - Each 1 hour session involves a warm up, work out, cool down and stretch.
Session Types:-
Strength/Cardio is set up as a circuit of between 8-12 different weight bearing exercises, which can be made up of body weight resistance, hand weights or resistance bands. This session also includes a cardio component to keep the heart beating fast and improve your overall fitness level.
Boxing is a great form of cardio fitness. You will learn proper boxing techniques to reduce the risk of injury and increase upper body strength as well as get a good cardio workout.

Group Session Prices as Follows
1 Session per Week - $10 per person
2 Sessions per Week - $20 per person
3 Sessions per Week - $25 per person

Mon 6-7pm - Boxing
Tue 6-7pm - Strength/Cardio

Parkwood Green Reserve - Hillside
Wed 6-7pm - Strength/Cardio
Thu 6-7pm - Boxing
Fri 6-7pm - Strength/Cardio
Sat 8.30-9.30am - Strength/Cardio
Sat 9.45-10.45am - Boxing
